  1. Check exception widgets first (errors, failed dispatches).
  2. Assign owners for each exception batch.
  3. Confirm fixes and retries before end of day.
  4. Capture unresolved blockers for the next shift.
  • compare weekly totals vs previous week
  • track recurring failure categories
  • review team response times
  • adjust ownership when bottlenecks appear

Escalate immediately when:

  • failure rates trend upward for multiple days
  • one team queue remains blocked for more than one business day
  • high-value invoices stay unresolved near close periods
