Change Management

- plan and document the change
- test in a controlled context
- apply during low-traffic window
- monitor outcomes for 24 hours
Integration Credentials
Section titled “Integration Credentials”- keep API keys and secrets in secure storage
- rotate keys on a fixed schedule
- remove unused keys immediately
Safe Configuration Habits
Section titled “Safe Configuration Habits”- avoid frequent ad-hoc setting changes during close periods
- keep one source of truth for policy decisions
- maintain a simple settings change log
