Can I try ZUTAX before committing?

Yes. Starter and Professional include a 14-day free trial with no card required.

What happens when my invoice credits run out?

Invoice sending pauses at 0 credits. You can buy a top-up instantly or upgrade your plan.

How do top-up credits work?

Starter top-up is 50 credits for ₦10,000 (₦200 per credit). Professional top-up is 100 credits for ₦15,000 (₦150 per credit).

How is OCR billed?

OCR is priced at ₦100 per scan. Professional includes 50 scans monthly before overage.

How are workspaces billed?

Workspace limits are tied to your plan (Starter: 3, Professional: 15, Enterprise: custom). Extra workspace capacity is handled via upgrade or enterprise contract.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-grade encryption and comply with all Nigerian data protection regulations. Your data is stored securely in Nigeria.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes! Save 15% when you choose annual billing. Starter annual is ₦255,000 and Professional annual is ₦510,000. All prices are exclusive of 7.5% VAT.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Nigerian bank cards, bank transfers, and USSD payments.

What's the difference between standard and managed integrations?

Standard integrations (Zapier, n8n, public API + SDKs) are included on every plan — your team configures and runs them. Managed integrations (cloud connectors for QuickBooks / Xero / Odoo, plus our on-prem agent for Sage 300 and on-prem Odoo) are operated by ZUTAX and are part of the Enterprise plan. Talk to sales from the Integrations page in your workspace to enable them.
